Caddies with compartments for various\ntools, such as pens, staplers, and paper clips are particularly useful. It\u2019s especially important to use\norganizers if there are a lot of files or documents that you need to be able to\naccess quickly. However, doing so will just lead to interruptions\nin your workflow when you need a particular tool or office supply. Don\u2019t let\nmessy desk drawers get in the way of your productivity! You might think lighting doesn\u2019t have much to do with organization. However, what kind of lighting you have and where you place it can make a difference when it comes to organizing your desk. If your desk doesn\u2019t have much surface space but you keep a desk lamp on it, you might want to reconsider your lighting situation. Keeping a lamp on a desk with little workspace doesn\u2019t give you much room to get things done. It\u2019ll make your desk feel much more cramped and cluttered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If this is the case, switch to overhead lighting or a floor lamp. You\u2019ll be able to work much more comfortably.
